For our local customers we have added a shipping option for "local pickup" which is, of course, a free option.
Returns - We understand that resale shopping can be a challenge to find the right fit, therefore we do allow returns provided we are contacted with information as to the problem with the item within 3 - 5 days of delivery confirmation.
If the item you receive has been grossly misrepresented or is flawed in such a way that prevents normal use we will pay for the return, otherwise returns are non-refundable.
