We are extremely selective and scrutinize each item very closely. It's helpful if you inspect your clothes carefully and in good light before bringing them in. We will never knowingly take a damaged or flawed item, no matter what the label is or how much it cost new or even how absolutely fabulous it is.

Jackets & Coats - Women love jackets & coats
Scarves
What We Don't Love...
Odors - mold, musty, smoke or heavy perfume
Wrinkles
Pills
Lint
Animal Hair
Pulled threads
Tears in seams
Moth holes
Missing buttons
Zippers must work
Stains - ink, make-up, spills, deodorant marks, inside pants, sweat stains
Signs of heavy wear and years of washing
Shoes - excessive wear on soles, insole lifting, smells, scratches or scuffs in leather, and if you use the stick-on insole pads please pull them out
Jewelry - Watches must be in working order, other items should be free of heavy tarnishing

Lingerie
Swimsuits
Real Fur
Shorts
80's and 90's era jogging suits
Brands from Wal-mart, K-mart, Mervyn's or Target, etc. (these just don't sell)
...and anything else we may already have too much of such as:
plain, button-front, long sleeve work shirts
plain loafers and plain work pumps
Basically, nothing plain.............
